TomsBridal.info is operated by Tom's Bridal Warehouse-family owned and operated-as an online bridal store division. Our main goal is to provide our increasing online customers with the lowest possible prices of designer bridal, bridal party and attendant attire in moderate price range and the most reasonable customer service as an online bridal store. You can count on us! We value not only Quality but also Honesty the most for operating our business. As an authorized dealer of all the designer dresses we carry, we are shipping genuine designer dresses which are intact. The only exception is when we are mentioning the dress as "off-the-rack". "off-the-rack" gowns are hanging on the rack at our sales floor for the offline customers. They are all individually bagged to be maintained in the best condition. Even though some of "off-the-rack" dresses have never been tried on, many of them are possibly put on sale depending on situation.

The online prices on this site may be different from the in-store prices at the physical retail store in Anaheim, California especially on bridal gowns. It comes from the differences of the store running costs, service package and privileges or other terms & conditions offered between at the online store and at the physical retail store respectively. We don't guarantee that we offer the same price at the physical retail store as the one online.
We are also designing and making dresses at our offline retail store for local customers.

But as you may already know, buying a dress online is at your own risk by Doing-It-Yourself. Prices offered at Online Bridal Store are based on Doing-It-Yourself condition which is a little bit different from the terms and conditions when you buy a dress from our physical retail store. Even though buying a wedding gown at our Online Bridal Store is safe enough in most cases, we are still recommending you to get a full professional service at our retail store for the local customers.

We take all these times needed into account and make sure whether we may deliver your order timely or not. But don't worry. In many cases, designers keep bringing some colors and sizes in by their own speculation. Estimated delivery information is also provided at "Product Description" on every product page. Frequently Asked Questions:

1. HOW TO MEASURE

Make sure your measuring tape is accurate. Always have someone else to take your measure while you are standing naturally straight and relaxed with your heels together. Bust, Waist, Hip measurements are your body measurements after wearing bra and foundations (inside the dress). H/H(Hollow to Hem) measurement is the one measured naturally following outside of the dress. But it's usually recommended to have a professional at formalwear stores to take your measurements with a nominal charge. It's really worth to do!

Bust: The fullest part of your bust and back around

Waist: Natural Waistline around (generally the narrowest line around)

Hips: The fullest part of your hips around

H/H(Hollow to Hem): From the hollow of your neck to the bottom of the finished hemline by naturally following the curves of your body and ourside of the dress when (or supposing) you wear the dress, shoes and all undergarments including the petticoat. Because most likely you don't wear the actual dress you are buying, you have to use your imagination to figure it out. If you are not sure and feel uncomfortable on this H/H measurement, just choose the length long enough to be altered from. In most cases, this will be a just regular length if the designer offers shorter length options. If you have to choose extra lenth option, let us also know your height at "Comments" section of the chechout page.

2. HOW TO DECIDE THE SIZE

Make sure that you study the designer's size chart (all the measurements are in inches) carefully not to get the dress too small. If your measurement falls in between the sizes, it's usually wise to decide the larger size and have it altered by your own seamstress according to your specific body measurements. Formal gowns DO need some alterations mostly. Measuring and deciding the size of your dress is at your own risk and responsibility. Please keep in mind that designer's size charts are not always perfect and there are some variations in actual production. Carefully read and follow the measuring guideline on "HOW TO MEASURE" section. Please use this guideline only for deciding the proper size and choosing an option offered on this site. We don't offer custom measurements anywhere on this site.
